I called Darren from CIR Realty on short notice trying to buy a place in a sellers market. Houses were going in under a week so you had to be quick to look at something you were interested in before it was gone. Darren was always prompt in his replies and set up almost all of my viewings on what I'd consider short notice. The couple days he wasn't available, he introduced me to one of his coworkers and she was equally quick to reply to my messages and we didn't miss a beat. In just under 2 weeks, after several viewings, I had made an offer that was accepted.
